About the Researcher
Hello! My name is Riddhima Mathur, currently pursuing Master of Arts in Digital Media and Global Communication at University of Niagara Falls.
With over 10 years of digital media and marketing background, I plan to explore other aspects that go unnoticed while creating marketing strategies. With my capstone project, I aim to explore and identify possible ethical issues, solutions, the use of digital media and making it accessible beyond the digital divide.
I will also dive into the public relations aspect and see how agencies communicate on-behalf of idols. Besides that, it is also important to understand the intercultural and multicultural aspect that brings fans together for idols who do not belong to their culture or don’t know their language.
